Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes, you can ship your order to a different address by filling in your address as the ‘Billing address’ and the address you wish to send it to, as the ‘Shipping Address’.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

I cannot complete my registration. What do I need to do?

I forgot my password. How do I log in to my account?

You can request to receive your password on your registered email address by clicking the Forgot Password link. The link will take you to the page where you can enter your email address, and a temporary password will be sent to you on your email. We strongly recommend that you change the password at your earliest convenience.

How do I make changes to my order?

After the order is placed with us, you won’t be able to edit the order. You can cancel the order before it is shipped and place a new order with your preferred changes.

What payment types do you offer?

You can make the payment for your order purchases using debit, credit card, and net banking methods.

How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promotional code on my order?

After choosing the ‘Checkout’ button, it will take you to a section where you can enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional code, and the valid amount/offer will automatically be applied to your order. You can then proceed to pay the remaining amount using your chosen form of payment on checkout.

How does the delivery process work?

All our order deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. You will receive an email with your package’s tracking number and the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your order using the link in the email.

What is the range of locations to which we ship our products?

We ship orders all across India, except for a few remote locations. All domestic orders of INR 1299/- and above qualify for free domestic shipping.

How can I track my order?

Most of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays or due to local/ natural disturbances) all across India.

You can track your order status under the ‘My Account’ section on the website. Your order tracking number will be visible in the ‘My Account’ section and will be emailed to you along with the logistic partner details. You will get notified immediately if there is an issue with your order.

By when will my order get delivered?

We always strive to get your order delivered to your doorstep at the earliest (in 7 business days). We request you to bear with any possible delays due to certain restrictions in movement. For areas sealed as per government regulations, delays are likely to be longer, and we will only be able to attempt delivery once the locality is unsealed.

What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order?

While we strive to make your order experience as fulfilling as possible, you can address your issues and complaints with regards to your order at our Customer Care at +919910567613 within 7 business days of your order delivery. In the exceptional case of receiving a product with tampered/open packaging, please get in touch with our Customer Care and inform us of the same within 2 business days of delivery receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so that we can assist you with a prompt resolution.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order manually if it is not yet shipped from our facility. You can do so by clicking My Account and choosing ‘Cancel Order’, and your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of your request and will reflect in your account as per your bank guidelines, which is usually within 10 business days. You can also give us a call at +919910567613 (Timings: 9:30 am-5 pm IST) to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing.
