- All our listed products on the website are updated to show current prices, inclusive of all taxes in Indian Rupees. However, the product prices are subject to change without notice in advance.
- The products listed on the website are also liable for GST in India. All product orders are acknowledged at the current pricing and billed at the price in effect at the time of shipping.
The Mufasa Man Online is designed to take online orders with the following modes of payment instantly:
- A list of Domestic credit cards and debit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa and MasterCard Network is shown at the Checkout stage of your order payment.
- Except for COD payment, all modes of online payment options are available for order purchases.
- Kindly note that while making payments through Visa and MasterCard, you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and a 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card). You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction.
- The Credit/Debit Card transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Gardgil Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.
All online transactions at Mufasa Man Online are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with Mufasa Man Online is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance to our valued customers that we follow the best security practices, where all payments are processed immediately in real-time for your security and instantaneous peace of mind.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so manually if it is not yet shipped from our facility. You can do so by clicking My Account and choosing ‘Cancel Order’, and your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of your request and will reflect in your account as per your bank guidelines, which is usually within 10 business days. You can also give us a call at +919910567613 (Timings: 9:30 am-5 pm IST) to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing. If the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such a case, 2.5% as payment gateway charges will be levied for the cancellation of the order once it is dispatched, and the balance payment will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.
- Order purchases are shipped all over India from our warehouse in Delhi by courier.
- However, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, there may be slight delays in order delivery, and we request you to bear with us in such a case.
- Please refer to our Covid Safety Measures Policy for more details. While we currently accept online orders to ship within India following all safety protocols, we reserve the right to pause deliveries at any time if so warranted due to the changing nature of the situation.
- All claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported to our customer care service within 48 hours of the delivery. Also, please note that Mufasa Man is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out, and consumers will know about this before making payments.
Returns & Refund Policy
- If you receive a product with any leakage or damage during the delivery process, please inform us of the same with images or videos to support the complaint with batch details visible in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the delivery date.
- For an approved claim of your request or complaint, we will issue a product exchange or refund for any product returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging.

- In case the product is broken/ not sealed/ leakage/ internal packaging and the outer packaging is tampered with/ missing/ received an empty product or in less volume/ wrong product has been delivered, please share clear images or video of the complete package received and video of the mono-carton and outer packaging, without which we cannot process the request.
- Once all the details are received and verified from our end, our team will take three working days to issue a revert on the complaint/ query/ issue as stated. If an exchange is approved for your complaint, you will be informed of the same with an authorization number, and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged. If a product refund is issued for the approved complaint, it will reflect in your account within 10-15 days, and you will be sent an email confirming the same.
- Also, please note that Gift box orders are not applicable for exchange or refund here.
Product Quality-Related Complaints
If there is a product quality concern, please inform us of the same in an email to email@example.com within 7 days of the date of receipt of the product with the following details:
- Order number
- Ordered Product with quality issue
- Address the details of your Request
- Images of the back label with batch details clearly visible
Please note that our team will take 24 to 48 hours to review your request and revert: After reviewing your request or complaint with supporting details, our customer team representative will request to have the product sent back to our factory for a quality assessment. The quality report will then be available after 7 working days from receiving the quality check. Any damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. An exchange of the product due to allergic/skin reactions; personal dislike; dislike of the fragrance, colour; or quality issue that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues is not applicable. No cash refunds for returns are permitted.
