Products once delivered cannot be returned as cosmetic products are not re-usable due to hygiene reasons.
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in case of damaged, incorrect or incomplete order is delivered. It can be done by writing to the support team (care@mufasaman.com). We would require the photos of the invoice & product(s) to further process such cases.
Mufasaman will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer.
